COVID-19 UPDATE

TO OUR CUSTOMERS:

Our priority during this time of uncertainty is balancing the well-being of our customers and employees with continuing to provide access to Hemp and CBD related products. To keep this balance, we are making some adjustments to our operations.

We’re temporarily changing our local operations.

In service of the health of our customers and employees, we’ve made some changes at our Pittsboro, North Carolina location. We’ve reduced hours, expanded online pick-up and delivery services, store cleaning and sanitizing, and we changed our product line to suite the needs of the community.

If you’ve been trying to reach us by phone, you may have experienced higher than normal wait times due to an increase in call volume. We appreciate your patience while we assist each one of our customers.

NEW STORE GUIDELINES:

• We are limiting our shop to two (2) customers at a time and four (4) customers of the same group.
• Testers and samples of CBD products will be administered by a Carolina Hemp Tours employees only.
• All Carolina Hemp Tours employees are requires to wear gloves when handling hemp products.

IN-STORE PICK UP:

• Online orders are processed the same day for all same day pick-up orders
• Curbside customer support is available with sanitized drive-thru menus for easy pick-up orders with out leaving your car.
• Items that you frequently purchase can be shipped at your decression with our new Hemp Club.
